Ernest Nsimbi aka GNL Zamba spent Friday Night at Kititale police station after assaulting one Becky Mirembe who claims to have been beaten by the hip hop artiste as she was demanding for money that she had loaned to him sometime back.
It was during the Campus night at Club Silk when Mirembe approached Zamba for her 2million shillings but Zamba retaliated in a manner similar to Hannington's something that forced Mirembe to seek the police's intervention.
The artiste has been released on police bond and given the chance to settle out the debt before it is too late or else more charges will be brought against the star. The DPC Jinja road police station Chemonges assured the public that artistes were not above the law and he is yet to deal with them when they appear to be hostile.
